you purchase via Mofones.com, you can make this purchase whenever you
like! 3 in the morning? Go ahead. Once credit card authorization is
received, we will proceed with shipment. If credit card authorization
is not received, your checkout will oh so sadly be canceled.
Return & Refund Policy
In
order to provide full customer satisfaction and guarantee you enjoy
shopping at our super awesome Mofone website, we have a complete sales
and refund policy to protect your most wonderfully awesome purchase.
Hopefully you will never need to return your Mofone, but just in
case....
We offer a full credit return policy for product's ONLY bought directly from www.mofones.com website within 30 days from shipment under the following terms and conditions :
We
can only give refund if you receive defective products from Mofones and
we can only replace defective products that are purchased from www.mofones.com and sadly, we can not be liable if you purchase the wrong product. It’s just not our fault! Sorrryyy.
Please submit your Return of Merchandise request to MofonesLA@gmail.com
before sending your return to us. We will then supply the shipping
address and necessary details. All returned products must be in their
original packaging.
Please
note that Mofones will not permit the return of any product that has
been used or damaged after the product has been removed from it's
initial packaging.
Defective Items
If you discover what you believe is a product defect during shipping, please contact Customer Services at Mofonesla@gmail.com. Such a defect, if any, is covered under the terms of your product's purchase. In this case, our customer service representative will arrange a product replacement, or in the case of a specialty purchase, goods at an equivalent price.
Proof of Purchase
Mofones
will send you a confirmation of your order when your payment is
confirmed. If you have included an email address with your order, we
will also send you a notice when your order is shipped.
Shipping Details
The
estimated shipment date of your order is based on product availability,
payment processing time, and warehouse processing time. Payment process
will not begin until we receive all the necessary information and the
full payment (or the full authorization in the case of credit card).
Payment process for orders placed during weekend or holiday will not begin until the next business day.
Business days are from Monday to Friday.
